江西省农村小水电站生态泄流测流方法及平台建设探讨

为推动江西省农村小水电站信息化建设步伐，加强水电站下游地区生态环境建设，规范小水电站管理及水利工程标准化建设，结合当前主要的生态泄流方式和流量测量技术体系的分析和探讨，设计一套江西省农村小水电站生态泄流省级在线监测平台.利用物联网、互联网技术获取农村小水电站的生态泄流数据，监督农村小水电站生态泄流执行情况，为江西省水利部门的监管提供数据支撑，为对农村小水电站形成层级分明、高效便捷的管理体系提供信息化支撑.

In order to promote the informatization construction of rural small hydropower stations in Jiangxi province，strengthen the ecological environment construction in the downstream areas of hydropower stations，standardize the management of small hydropower stations and standardize the construction of water conservancy projects，combine the analysis and discussion of the current major ecological drainage methods and flow measurement technology systems，and design set of provincial online monitoring platform for ecological drainage of rural small hydropower stations in Jiangxi province.Use the internet of things and internet technology to obtain ecological drainage data of rural small hydropower stations，supervise the implementation of ecological drainage of rural small hydropower stations，provide data support for the supervision of water conservancy departments in Jiangxi province， and form a hierarchical，efficient and convenient management of small hydropower stations The system provides information support.
