| 水利水电工程建设项目中，防渗墙工程是重要的隐蔽工程，其建设过程中，在勘察、设计、施工、检测和验收等各个环节皆存在一些问题.本文结合多年工程实践和实例分析，剖析了当前防渗墙工程存在问题的原因，并提出修订部分规范条款、完善相关政策法规、推行资质与人员管理、鼓励技术创新和研发等对策措施.为今后防渗墙工程的勘察、设计、施工、检测和验收工作提供参考依据. |

| Cut-off wall is an important hidden project in hydraulic construction project.Some problems of cut-off wall exist in the process of investigation， design， construction， test and acceptance.Based on years experiences of engineering and analysis of examples，this paper has analyzed the current problems existing in cut-off wall.Some countermeasures such as regulation revision，perfecting policy，implementing qualification and personnel management，encourage technological innovation and research are also put forward.The results provide reference for the investigation，design，construction，test and acceptance of cut-off wall in the future． |
