| 本文分析了“渍害田”、“冷害田”这两个环境水利问题的成因，根据相关试验研究成果，分别阐述了“渍害田”和“冷害田”的治理措施以及关键技术参数；并提出应结合高标准农田建设，注意对“渍害田”进行高标准治理；“冷害田”相对较严重的水库灌区，应对水库灌溉取水口进行表层取水(分层取水)改造. |

| This paper analyzes the causes of two environmental water problems，such as “stained field” and “cold field”，and expounded the control measures and key technical parameters of “water damage field” and “cold field” respectively according to the relevant research results.It is pointed out that high-standard farmland construction should be carried out，and attention should be paid to the high-standard treatment of “waterlogging field”；the relatively serious reservoir irrigation area of “cold field” should be used to transform the surface water intake(stratified water). |
