      水库面临的汛限水位所能承受的极限风险为不可预知,本文通过常用的坝址洪水排频(经验频率计算和P-Ⅲ型频率曲线适线定线)分析法结合调洪演算,从中得到汛限水位动态控制的极限风险率.一方面,可及时了解水库某一洪水位对应的极限风险率,从而反推水库所能承受的最大洪水标准;另一方面,通过查询曲线关系图,在已知库水位极限风险率的前提下,可推求水库在该极限控制指标的下所能承受的汛限水位.
英文摘要:
      Extreme risk can withstand faced flood control level of the reservoir is unpredictable,in this paper,the analysis method of the commonly used dam site flood discharge frequency(empirical frequency calculation and P-Ⅲ frequency curve suitable wire alignment)combined with the flood regulating calculation,the limit risk ratio of the flood water level dynamic control is obtained.On the one hand,the limit risk ratio of a certain flood water level in the reservoir can be understood in time,Thus the maximum flood standards with the reservoir can withstand.On the other hand,through the query curve diagram,the threshold risk ratio of the known reservoir,the water level of the reservoir under the limit control index can be deduced.
