| 随着常熟市“畅流活水”工程规划方案的不断落实，常熟市逐步建成骨干水系连通调控体系，进而全面提升主城区的防洪、排涝能力.本文以常熟市常浒河枢纽工程为例，阐述了其作为城区防洪大包围骨干工程的重要性，并通过工程选址、闸门和水泵选型，分析了科学合理性，为今后实施的其它同类工程提供借鉴. |

| With the continuous implementation of Changshu “smooth flow of water” project planning，Changshu city，gradually completed the backbone of water system connected control system，and then comprehensively enhance the main city of flood control，drainage capacity.In this paper，the Changhu river project of Changshu city as an example，describes its urban flood control as the backbone of the importance of the project，and through the project site，gate and pump selection，analyzes the scientific rationality，for the future implementation of other similar projects to provide reference. |
