    摘要:

    为了研究铁矿尾矿骨料(IOTA)在大坝混凝土中的应用可行性,通过与普通骨料(NA)对比,分析了IOTA对混凝土抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性和耐磨性的影响。研究结果表明:(1)在力学性能方面,IOTA混凝土与NA混凝土在水泥材料消耗量大致相等的情况下,抗压强度几乎相同;(2)在耐久性方面,IOTA混凝土表现出更优越的性能,其抗氯离子渗透性、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性和耐磨性均高于NA混凝土,且随着养护时间的延长,IOTA混凝土的耐久性能指标均呈增长趋势。综合来看,铁矿尾矿骨料可作为一种优质的混凝土骨料用于大坝建设。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the application of iron ore tailings aggregate(IOTA)in dam concrete,this paper analyzes the influence of IOTA on the compressive strength,chloride ion permeability,sulfate erosion resistance and abrasion resistance of concrete through the comparison with normal aggregate(NA).The results of the study show that:(1)in terms of mechanical properties,the condition of approximately equal cement material consumption,the compressive strength of IOTA concrete is almost the same as that of NA concrete;(2)in terms of durability,IOTA concrete exhibits more superior performance,and its chloride ion permeability,sulfate erosion resistance and abrasion resistance are all higher than NA concrete,and the durability index of IOTA concrete shows an upward trend with the extension of curing time.Overall,IOTA can be used as an excellent concrete aggregate for dam construction,which can not only achieve the efficient utilization of resources,reduce land occupation and environmental burden,but also meet the requirements of mechanical properties and durability of dam concrete.
